Sturdy double walled construction, Inner wall is made out of thick G.I./PCRC sheet duly painted with high temperature aluminum paint & the outer walls are made of heavy duty PCRC duly primer coated and powder coated / enamel painted. The gap between inner and outer wall is filled with 75mm thick glass wool insulation to prevent any heat loss. Adjustable Fresh Air Intake. The door is also made of double walled, properly insulated. & provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. The Oven is equipped with brackets to support the heavily laden trays at different heights. Temp. Is maintained from ambient +5 to 200 deg C with an accuracy of +-3 deg C and is controlled by digital temperature indicator cum controller with PT-100 sensor. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made from ni-chrome heating wire placed in the sides of the chamber. The whole unit is mounted on sturdy angle iron frame.
