Constructional And Salient Features:
Triple walled unit horizontally mounted on a sturdy, heavy M.S. duly painted or stainless steel tubular stand.
Both inner chamber and outer wall made of S.S.
Pressure is adjustable from 10-20 psi.
Fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release valve.
Available with separate boiler.
For units fitted with S.S. Boiler, separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after use are provided.
Automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.
Control Panel And Switchgears:
Automatic Low Water Level Cut-Off Device fitted for general safety of the element.
Fitted with Automatic Pressure Control Switch.
Fitted with dial thermometer to indicate the inner chamber temperature.
Lid is made of thick machined Mild Steel plate lined with stainless steel from inside
Supplied without jacket (Double walled chamber with separate boiler).

Microprocessor Based Semi-Automatic Digital Controller with AUTO-TIME CONTROL SYSTEM. After the set temperature is attained the timer starts automatically and on completion of set count down/up time the supply to heaters is cut-off and the system sounds a buzzer alerting the user that the cycle is over.
PLC Controller with 32 character (16x2 lines) backlit alphanumeric LCD display with Automatic Digital Minute Timer and alarm for end of cycle. It enables automatic purging of state air, sterilizing hold time for sterilizing period and cycle and with automatic exhaust of pressure
Digital Pressure Indicator displayed directly into the main control panel.

Programming with PID 4 program keys, LCD/LED display, One Start/Stop key, Pt100 Wire Sensor Automatic Soak, Purge, Exhaust setting auto low water cut off high alarm set can be fitted. Used for sterilization under saturated steam pressure at any selected point between15 to 22 psi (adjustable), however this can be used for higher pressure up to 30 psi. rking temperature of 121⁰C. These double walled units have inner chamber (Boiler) made of stainless steel SS 304 / SS 316 grade (as per demand). Outer wall is covered with stainless steel sheet. Thick stainless steel lid is tightened by radial locking system and can be lifted through a pedal lifting device for user comfort Fitted with joint less neoprene rubber gasket. ystems are hydraulically tested up to 40 p.s.i. as a Safety Measure. All autoclaves are fitted with standard accessories such as water indicator / water level gauge, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve, Vacuum Breaker, pedal lifting device and heating element. Space between boiler and outer shell works as air insulation however we may incorporate mineral glass wool insulation if customer desires. Heating is done through specially designed water heaters of suitable wattage to ensure optimum sterilization time in every sterilization cycle. Supplied complete with S.S. basket, cord and plug. Supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply.
