Construction:Robust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof unlike riveted construction. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of Mild Steel of non magnetic stainless steel of 304/316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel. Sterilizers will have single door made out of rolled steel lined with S.S. sheet on both sides. All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure. The steam jacket is lined on the outer side with asbestos sheet or glass wool which prevent heat losses due to radiation and is covered by strong rolled steel sheet.
Boiler:Made of thick stainless steel plate suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler is indicated on a individual pressure gauge.
Safety Lock For Door:Every horizontal rectangular sterilizer is fitted with SELF LOCKING SAFETY DOOR which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure and Redial locking. The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the Pressure locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant Neoprene Rubber gasket ensure steam tight fitt

Applications of Scrub Station :

SAI Scrub Station uses a modern and scientific technique to scrub hands, washing instruments, scopes and dryer used to dry in quick action.

This is a unique device designed for the surgeons convenience to scrub.

The device facilitates the flow of water without opening or closing any taps. It is operated on sensors conveniently placed in front of the scrubbing person.

WORKING PRINCIPLE: It works on optical sensor where a person stand in front of the water tap signal to solenoid and open the water to scrub.

Salient Features & Construction of Scrub Station :

A small container for either liquid soap or any disinfector is housed within the station.

The station is provided with a standby conventional foot operated tap in the event of power/ equipment failure.

The super structure is constructed out of 304 quality stainless steel square tubes and the entire bodywork made out of 304-quality stainless steel sheet.

The trough is sloped down to one end connected to the water outlet tube, which is curved to ensure that no water stays on the lower end of the trough, while not in use.

A water tank of stainless steel, solenoid valve, outlet valve, gate valve, and transformer unit are all housed within the station.

Two or three front doors are provided for maintenance and cleaning The rear portion of the station is fully exposed as it mandatory placed against the wall.
