Body of the outer chamber is made of thick mild steel furnished with hammer toned paint as well as coated with stainless steel.

Stand: SS round pipe. Insulation: Rock wool slabs 50 mm thick
Gasket: Silicon joint less
Electrical load – 440 Volts, AC, 3 phase, Industrial water immersion
type Heating elements, 6/9/12/18KW.

Boiler:
Made of thick stainless steel 304/316 plate suitably located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are fitted from front side for easy replacement/repair. Fitted with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves. It is also provided with Low Water Level cut off device. This device protects the heater in the generator from burning out dry. The steam pressure in the boiler is indicated on a individual pressure gauge.

Pressure is adjustable from 10-20 psi.

For units fitted with S.S. Boiler, separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after use are provided.
Automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.

Automatic Low Water Level Cut-Off Device fitted for general safety of the element.
Fitted with Automatic Pressure Control Switch.
Fitted with dial thermometer to indicate the inner chamber temperature.
Lid is made of thick machined Mild Steel plate lined with stainless steel from inside
Supplied without jacket (Double walled chamber with separate boiler).

Microprocessor Based Semi-Automatic Digital Controller with AUTO-TIME CONTROL SYSTEM. After the set temperature is attained the timer starts automatically and on completion of set count down/up time the supply to heaters is cut-off and the system sounds a buzzer alerting the user that the cycle is over.
PLC Controller with 32 character (16x2 lines) backlit alphanumeric LCD display with Automatic Digital Minute Timer and alarm for end of cycle. It enables automatic purging of state air, sterilizing hold time for sterilizing period and cycle and with automatic exhaust of pressure
Digital Pressure Indicator displayed directly into the main control panel.

The autoclave is mounted on a Mild Steel tabular stand. The autoclave Chamber & steam jacket are made of 12 SWG. Stainless steel, Outer shell which serves as a cover is made of stainless Steel. Steam jacket allows dry sterilization. Hinged door is made of stainless steel. Radial Locking arms prevent opening of the door while Steam is inside the chamber. Autoclave is fitted with neoprene gasket; steam is generated in a separate boiler which is placed below the main body. Multiport valve is provided for Steam, dry sterilization & steam exhaust. Autoclave is fitted with easily replaceable heaters and water level indicator. Autoclave holds pressure at selected point between 10 to 20psi +/- 3 psi. Pressure control has markings which are approximate; the actual pressure is as shown by the pressure gauge. Hydraulically tested at 40psi. Fitted with safety valves pressure is as shown by the pressure gauge. Hydraulically tested at 40psi. Fitted with safety Valves pressure gauges, steam release valve, steam trap, and one tray.
